Mr Mullan’s General Store is a conceptual lifestyle and fashion store launching in it’s permanent home at 39 Old London Road, Kingston upon Thames after re-locating from Soho.

Store Manager - Full time
Role description:
This is an opportunity for the right person to grow in a great environment, to grow with a great brand.
The Retail Manager will be at work on the shop floor, they are in constant contact with their customers and staff. They are responsible for ensuring their staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store.
The Store Manager will oversee all of the daily operations of the store. They will manage the store’s employees, performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning duties and responsibilities. The Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining the overall culture of the store and to ensure the staff also represents and embraces the store’s culture and goals. They will oversee the operational and organisational standards of the store as well as implement the marketing, advertising and financial strategy dictated by upper management. The Store Manager will regularly review the daily weekly and quarterly financial data of the store to ensure the store and staff are meeting their financial quotas.
Key skills required:

- A strong commitment to customer service
- IT skills (social media, shopify, adobe photoshop, some website maintenance, confident use of apple software)
- Eye for detail and new brands
- Keen interest in Visual Merchandising
- General cleaning duties
Retail Assistant Full and Part time Available
Role description:
- Greet all customers in a warm, genuine and friendly manner.
- Ensure that customers receive the best possible service every time that they enter the store.
- Drive sales, ensuring that targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
- Utilise the in-store devices, offering the customer the whole product range.
- Provide alternatives and add on sales at every opportunity.
- Represent the company in the most professional manner at all times.
- Conduct your work in a safe and responsible manner.
