Returns

We offer a refund or exchange for orders returned to us within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Any orders returned after the 14 day period will be issued with a store credit note (valid for 6 months from date of issue.) Returns are simple, please drop an email to john@johnmullan.com using notifying us that you would like to make a return.  All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. This includes all product labels and packaging to be in-place and still attached to the product. The customer should pay for the return shipping costs, and we advise using a recorded and insured service to guarantee safe delivery. Please ensure that returns are sent in protective packaging.
